Uncle Brian and Aunt Diana Visit

Last week Uncle Brian and Aunt Diana visited and we had so much fun hanging out with them! The kids couldn't wait for them to get here and followed them around the whole week. Lexie was especially in love with Uncle Brian!
They couldn't wait for him to get up in the morning to play butterflies with them.
Lexie got her fingers painted for the first time when we were at lunch at Grandma Dolly's.
Reading with Grandma Sharpie.
Reading with Uncle Brian.
Brian and I decided to make bread one day and Lexie was our helper : )
"I help you Uncle Brian?"
Brian bought Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day and we tried out the master recipe.
We love self-timer photos and captured the entire process on film. Here we are measuring the flour.
Consulting the recipe.
Pouring in the liquid.
Later that day we met Dad, Janie, Grandma, Aunt Gayle and Uncle Dave for dinner.
More fun with the butterfly game : )
Lexie was like Velcro to Uncle Brian, always attached to his side!
After the bread had rested overnight in the fridge it was time to shape a loaf and let it rise.
Ready to rise.
The finished product - yum!
Having lunch with Uncle Brian and Aunt Diana.
After lunch Uncle Brian helped the kids burn off some energy.
They had so much fun!
"I'm gonna get you!"
One night we had dinner at Grandma Dolly's and Lucas had Aunt Diana count while he ran around in circles.
Lexie wanted in on the action too!
So tired!
Brian and I played golf with Mom on Mothers' Day. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time!
We always have a lot of fun golfing together!

After golf Travis made us a Mothers' Day feast with a lot of help from Diana.
Love these two!
We couldn't let the day pass by without a game of cards and Lexie got to help Uncle Brian with his hand. She is a great helper!
We had a wonderful visit and were very sad to see them go!
