Last weekend we went to our favorite Christmas tree farm to find our tree.
Lucas couldn't wait to get out there and find the perfect tree!
Little Lexie was excited too!
Dad and Janie found their tree pretty quickly and stopped to take a picture with the grand kids.
Next, it was time to chop it down!
Cutting down a tree is hard work! I guess Dad's not going to become a logger in his retirement!
Little Addi was in love with Lucas - so cute!
Next we found our tree. We ended up with a really nice one this year!

Travis chopped ours down in no time flat.
Once it was down Lucas counted the rings.
The kids thought it was funny to ride the Christmas trees : )

While we waited for Travis to bring the truck up to get the trees the kids ran around the tree farm.
They made sure to help Addi make her way through the trees.
It was a fun day and we ended up with a nice tree.
