Spring Break Road Trip, Days 6-8

On day 6 we drove into Bryce Canyon.
It seemed like a lot of driving to get there and we weren't there long, but it was beautiful!
We stopped at Sunset Point for a small hike.
It was gorgeous!  All the parks are beautiful and all different.  I had been to Zion and the Grand Canyon before but not Bryce.  I would have liked to explore it a little more.
Travis got out his camera to take pictures.  Lucas was soon bored waiting around so we went off to explore.
 Love these two!
Bryce really is a sight to behold!
Walking along the trail probably talking about Minecraft!

 Mom and Lexie.
 Love this sweet girl!
 One handsome boy!

There was a path going down into the Canyon so we hiked down a little ways.  The kids liked the benches along the way.
Lexie had fun trying out the binoculars.

Writing me a note in the dirt.

 Lucas trying out the binoculars.

It really was remarkable!
We stopped in Cedar City again for some pizza and then it was off to the hotel to sleep.
Goofball!
Next we drove into Salt Lake City and stopped at a park.
Lexie loved the monkey bars.
 Lucas loved this spinning obstacle.
Daddy gave it a try.  I tried it too and it was really hard!
Lucas tried and tried and finally got the hang of it!

We brought our baseball gloves and played catch.  Lexie met some new friends and played Capture the Flag with them.
We drove into Twin Falls. We got there early in the evening so we were able to enjoy time at the pool and Lucas and Travis played the new Monopoly game.

We thought for sure Lexie would lose her tooth on our trip but it wasn't ready to come out!
"Home at Last!"
It was a great trip but we were definitely glad to be home!
