Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday we hit the road and headed to the pumpkin patch. We could not have picked a better day to go because the weather was gorgeous.
Lucas was very excited to go to the pumpkin patch again this year and couldn't wait to get going but I had to have my cute kiddos pose for a picture first.
We picked up Papa Mooney and Nana Lori, had some lunch at the pizza store and then we headed out to the patch.
The first thing Lucas wanted to do was run through the hay bale maze.

At the end of the maze there was a pyramid of hay bales. Lucas and Nana Lori climbed to the top and Lucas threw hay at me while I tried to take his picture - little stinker!
Next, we loaded up onto the tractor and drove out to the pumpkin patch. Lucas looked the pumpkins over very carefully and picked the perfect pumpkin.
Lexie was a little sleepy and hungry and didn't enjoy the patch quite as much but always loves to be packed around by Daddy.
After we picked out our pumpkins Lucas spent some time on the bounce house obstacle course and especially enjoyed the slide at the end. He really liked it once he figured out that if he took his socks off he could climb back up the slide and keep going down.
Thank you for a fun day Nana Lori and Papa Mooney!

All tuckered out!
