The kids have been looking forward to trick-or-treating this year! They were a little indecisive about what they were going to be but they finally decided . . .

Both costumes are perfect for them right now! Lexie loves all things princess and fairies and Lucas, of course, loves Star Wars! 
Since Halloween is on a school day this year we decided to visit the grandparents today for a little pre-Halloween trick-or-treating. Our first stop was Papa Pete and Grandma Janie's.
Lucas created a book and brought a copy for Papa and Grandma. He enjoyed reading it to them!

Next, it was on to Grandma Sharpie's. 
Our final stop was Grandma Dolly and Grandpa George's house. The kids love to play cards with Grandma whenever they come over. Tonight they played "Old Maid".
The kids had fun and got lots of candy!
