I can't believe my sweet baby boy is seven!! Wow, the time is flying by!
He woke up bright and early at 6 a.m. (definitely does not get this from me!).
He was excited to find seven balloons hanging from the ceiling and even more excited when he realized they were filled with money!
He went after them with gusto!
Next up, delicious chocolate chip birthday pancakes!
Showing me how old he is (even though we had a deal that he would not grow up anymore. These kids of mine are not great listeners!).
Last night we got a lot of snow and on the way to school he said "Wow, there is a lot of snow, just like I like it. This is the best birthday ever!" So cute! For his birthday I brought pizza in for his class which he thought was so cool!
I also brought chocolate cupcakes. When I was making them I asked him what color frosting he wanted and he said "chocolate!"
After school he played outside with our neighbors and then played some video games (it was his birthday after all) while we waited for Daddy to come home from work so he could open his presents. As soon as Daddy walked through the door he ripped them open.
So excited to get some new Skylanders!!
It was so fun to watch him open his gifts!
Next up a cool nerf gun.
And, Daddy got him a great Skylanders poster.
Love this kiddo!
For dinner he picked McDonalds. All in all I think he had a great birthday! I love this little guy. He is sweet and funny and super creative. He loves to draw and writes amazing stories. He is constantly using his imagination to create stories and games and loves to share them! He is smart and loves math and science. He loves school and especially his friends. Of course, his favorite activity is playing video games. In fact, he told me today he wishes he didn't have to go to school so he could play more video games! He is sweet and sensitive and he is the best little buddy ever!
