This year for the 4th of July we decided to invite a few friends over for a BBQ and firework extravaganza. As soon as the firework stands went up in town the kids started asking when we could go buy some. They love the 4th!

After picking up our fireworks and getting some things ready to the BBQ we took our annual 4th of July pictures.

After eating we headed outside and some of our neighbors joined us for a cake walk.

The boys were eager to start lighting things off so we got started right after the parade.
Lucas got to help light some this year and he was thrilled.
