Birthday Celebration

This weekend we celebrated both kiddos with a family birthday party.

Lexie helped Daddy pick up the balloons.  Lucas picked out green and gold and Lexie picked black and pink.

It's hard to believe they are 5 and 8!  Seems so old, where did the time go?

Our good friend, Anna, made the cakes.  She is only 10 and she did an amazing job!  

Happy to have Anna, Keith and Debbie here to celebrate with us!

After cake it was time to open presents.

Lucas got just what he wanted, The History of the World books 3 and 4.

I love that he is this excited about reading!

After the party we went bowling with Nana Simonis, Papa and Grandma Cheri.

Grandma stayed the night and went to the movie with the kids before she left for home.  It was a nice weekend!
