After we got home from McCall both kiddos got sick! So, we spent a lot of time hanging out, watching movies, building Lego's, taking naps and relaxing. By Thursday, I was going a little stir crazy! The weather was beautiful and we had been inside all week. So, since the kids were on the mend I took them on a mini road trip for the day..

Our first stop was Sky High for some trampoline time. The kids loved it!

After Sky High the kids were ready for lunch so we went to Red Robin. Lucas' friend Daniel came with us for the day and Lucas was happy to have another boy to hang out with!
We wanted to go to the park after lunch but it was raining so we went to the science center instead. Lucas liked riding these little scooters.

After the science center we did a little bit of shopping (or torture as the kids would call it!) and then our final stop was Krispy Kreme for donuts. Lexie loved watching the donuts on the conveyor belt!
Lucas and Daniel goofing off! It was a fun day until we got home and my car got stuck in our neighbor's driveway because it wouldn't shift!
Friday I made the kids write their thank you notes, fun for the whole family!
Lucas got a new Lego set at Target with his birthday money and he spent most of Friday putting it together.
Lexie and I played Guess Who and watched t.v.
Lucas' finished product - he did a great job!
On Saturday, the kids and I drove to Monica's to celebrate birthdays. Travis had to stay home and work. Luckily my Dad let me borrow his car since mine was still in the shop.
Lucas was especially happy to see cousin Seth and they had a great time hanging out. Lucas also liked wrestling with Papa Mooney and Bryson!
Seth stayed in our hotel room with us and the kids had fun swimming in the pool and then chillaxing in bed!
On Sunday, we went to the party at the bowling alley where Lexie was happy to get a donut!
Lucas was having an off day bowling so he wasn't very happy!
He did like hanging out with Seth though.
Lexie had a great time bowling!
It was a fun day celebrating with Monica's family!
The bowling alley had a little arcade and Lexie loved this game because she won candy every time!

After a fun day it was time for us to make the drive back home and get ready to go back to school!
