After we left the coast we headed north towards Seattle.
Along the way we stopped at the Tillamook factory and the kids found a perfect photo op.
They both wanted to have their pictures taken in each character.
They liked this orange VW bus and wanted a picture by it too. They really wanted to get in but too many little kids inside.
The kids love making pennies any where we go!
Of course we couldn't leave without having some tasty ice cream!
After a long day of driving we arrived at our camp spot and settled in for the night. Lexie liked sleeping pretty much on top of her brother!
In the morning we took a Ride the Ducks tour. The kids got quackers which were only cute for about two seconds :)
Lucas and Papa ready to go!
Loaded up and ready for the tour.
The captain of our tour was a funny guy and Lucas especially thought he was hilarious! He laughed and laughed throughout the entire tour!
After the tour we took the monorail downtown and had lunch at Ivar's. The kids had a great time feeding French fries to the seagulls.
Lucas mastered holding out a fry for the seagulls to bite out of his hand.
Next we went on the Ferris wheel. It was a beautiful day for it!
Papa bought Lucas and Lexie magnets at the curiosity shop.
Everyone enjoyed the ride.
We stopped at the carousel for a ride.
Lucas thought it was fun even if there were no rings to grab.
A quick stop for a photo in the crab pot.
We walked through Pike Place Market and saw the fish guys throwing fish.
Finally we took the monorail back to the space needle. We didn't go up it this time but had a nice view from the bottom.
Dad and Lucas went to the Mariners game and brought back apparel for the kids.
We had a great trip!
