The last few weeks have been filled with lazy, crazy days. Lots of sunshine, friends, and water. A great way to finish off the summer before starting school tomorrow!
Poor Lucas got sick with a fever, ear infection and eye infection so he was layed up for a few days!
As soon as he was better he grabbed his good buddies playing in the water slide and swinging.
There was lots of time spent on the water slide!
Hours of entertainment!
Our neighbors gave this slide to us because they were moving and didn't want to take it with them. We got a lot of use out of it!

Little Lexie went to cheerleading camp, a perfect fit for her!

Lexie did a great job at camp! It was so fun to watch her cheer!
She even had her own cheering section!
Mom and I took the kids school shopping and stopped for a ride on the carousel.
And a cool treat on a hot day!
The kids rode in the parade. Lucas was out front on his scooter.

Being in the parade made them hot so they had to stop for a cold treat!

One night the kids and I walked to dinner.
This morning we had some friends over and Lexie got a makeover :). I think we are ready for school tomorrow but it's been a great summer!
