What a wonderful Mothers Day!
The day started out with breakfast in bed - yummy crepes!
After breakfast we met Mom and Grandma and drove to Moose Creek for a picnic. It was a little cloudy and rainy so we decided to light a fire. We didn't have any wood, paper or matches but we scrounged stuff up and Travis got lots of help getting the fire lit.
He did a great job! We had some delicious food sitting around the fire.
So lucky to be the Mom of these two beautiful kiddos.
They had a great time making "soup" and digging in the dirt.
They also enjoyed throwing rocks in the water!
We had a nice day celebrating with Mom and Grandma.
After lunch we went for a walk. The kids thought it was funny to run way ahead of us!

Playing with bubbles was a fun way to end the day! It was a great day and I am thankful for my wonderful husband and two beautiful kids who made it special for me!
