Chewing away on the cup (and anything else she can find to put in her mouth!).
Telling us stories. She is "talking" a lot these days. She also loves to pretend to cough and when you cough back she laughs and laughs - so sweet!
Reaching for the cup, almost has it, oops there it goes on the floor again. It's a good thing Mama is around to pick up all the things she drops!
Lexie makes the funniest faces!
Lucas won this inflatable hammer at the fair this year and it is hands down Lexie's favorite toy. She just loves it. It squeaks which makes her laugh and she likes to grab it and stick it in her mouth.
Today at preschool Luke's small group was experimenting with color. Lucas had a bowl full of sequins and dinosaur confetti that he was sticking in all the jars to decorate them. He was very protective of his groups jars. He did not want any one else putting things in them!
When I picked him up he grabbed this guitar and started in on a lengthy version of Old McDonald. His song included hippos, giraffes (interesting since they make no noise), bugs, dogs, snakes and everything else his imagination could come up with. He probably sang to us for ten minutes. What a character!
This is him on his "field".
