"In like a lion, out like a lamb" seems to be an accurate saying based on the huge amount of snow we woke up to today!
There was a lot of shoveling to be done this morning!
I felt sorry for Travis so I went out and joined him. My favorite part was shoveling the street because the snowplow plowed us in!
Travis was a shoveling machine! Who needs a snow blower?
Meanwhile the kids were inside relaxing : )
Lexie Lou picked out her outfit today and couldn't wait to come down and show me.
After Daddy went to work we bundled up and went outside to play in the snow. It was too deep for little Lexie so she didn't last long but Lucas had a great time!
He kept diving into the snow. He also had fun digging a tunnel.
After Lexie's nap she snuggled under her blankies and watched a Barbie movie.
Lucas worked on his birthday invitations for his classmates.
Then we played the new game he created.
Today is National Pancake Day so I surprised the kids with rainbow pancakes. 
They were a big hit!
