Recently we took a family bike ride along a nearby lake. It was beautiful day, Lucas was excited to try out his new biking skills and Mom had been wanting us to try this trail for a while now.
When we arrived the kids spotted a park and immediately went to play while Daddy unloaded the bikes.

There was a slight hill at the beginning of the ride so Mom and Lucas walked to the top.
Goofy Lexie loved the bike ride. She chatted and sang the entire ride!
After the ride the kids went back to the park to swing while Daddy reloaded the bikes.
After the ride we stopped for a quick bite to eat and then drove over to a public beach so the kids could swim.
They had a great time swimming and playing in the sand.
