Christmas Eve Fun

As per tradition we started Christmas Eve out with brunch with Mom followed by a movie. Travis and I enjoying our lunch. Mom and DianaWe took this picture by placing the camera on a mustard bottle. People probably think we are really weird but we got a nice picture : ). Travis had already taken the kids to do a little last minute shopping.Waiting to see "How Do You Know" with snacks in hand. Not a good one, four thumbs way down! After the movie we headed home to make dinner (yummy tacos). Dad and Janie came over and we ate ourselves stuffed! It was delicious. After dinner it was time for a few pictures before opening presents. Lexie thinks it is hilarious to scrunch her face up instead of smiling.
Uncle Brian and Aunt Diana
Dad and Janie
Our family. It is almost impossible to get all of us looking and smiling at the camera!
The kids were anxious to start opening presents!
Goofballs!
Lexie had a good time playing Leapster with Papa. She thought it was especially funny to turn it off periodically throughout his game.

Cutie pie kiddos. Christmas is so much fun with them. They get so excited to see their gifts and love all the merriment of Christmas!
Lucas got a new race track from Papa Pete and Grandma Janie. He was very excited about it and couldn't wait to set it up in his room.
The kids got new PJs and I tried to get a picture of them but the goofballs wouldn't cooperate.

I took many pictures and this was probably the best one. They had fun goofing around though.
Playing with Papa.
It was a fun and busy night. The kids were so excited it took a long time to get them settled down for the night but they finally went to sleep with visions of Santa in their heads I'm sure : )
